Victoria Wagner earned an MFA at Mills College in Oakland, CA and a BA from Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA. Shortly after leaving for California from the Sierra foothills in the Nevada desert, she knew that Art would pave her path. 

Currently, she is a Senior Adjunct Professor at California College of the Arts and teaches in the Painting/Drawing Department as well as Core and Upper Division Interdisciplinary Studies.

She makes her home alternately between the wooded hamlet of Occidental and Oakland.
